When something starts hurting, most people are left guessing.
Do you stop?
Do you push through?
Do you lower the weight?
Do you change the exercise?
Do you take a week off and hope it goes away?
That is where a lot of people get stuck.
Not because they are lazy.
Not because they do not care.
But because every time something hurts, they are forced to make a decision they do not feel confident making.
The Prescriptive Exercise Program was built to help with that.
The PEP gives you a personalized plan, weekly guidance, and support from a physical therapist so you can keep moving forward without trying to figure everything out on your own.
The Prescriptive Exercise Program is an online rehab and training program built around you.
It is not a random workout plan.
It is not a list of generic exercises.
And it is not something you are expected to figure out by yourself.
Your program is built around your pain, your goals, your schedule, your equipment, and what you are trying to get back to.
Each week, the plan can be adjusted based on how your body is responding, what is improving, what is still bothering you, and what needs to change.
The goal is simple:
To help you make progress with more confidence and less guessing.
You are dealing with pain but still want to train.
You keep having flare-ups and do not know how to adjust.
You finished PT but still do not feel fully confident on your own.
You do not need weekly in-person sessions, but you still want guidance.
You want a plan that changes based on how you respond.
You are tired of guessing every week.
Your plan is based on your pain, your goals, your equipment, your schedule, and what you are actually trying to get back to.
This is not a cookie-cutter template. It is built to fit your life and your current starting point.
Each week, your plan is updated based on your progress, feedback, and response.
If something is working, we build on it.
If something is not working, we adjust it.
If something feels confusing, we talk through it.
This is the biggest part of the program.
When pain shows up, you are not left guessing whether to stop, push through, lower the weight, change the exercise, or avoid it completely.
You get help making those decisions so one flare-up does not completely derail your progress.
Your program includes exercise demos, instructions, and a way to ask questions so you know what you are doing and why you are doing it.
The goal is not just to give you exercises.
The goal is to help you understand how to move forward.
Step 1: Book A Free Call
We will start with a free call so I can learn more about what is going on, what you are trying to get back to, and what kind of support you need.
Step 2: Decide If the Prescriptive Exercise Program Makes Sense
The call is not about forcing you into the program. It is about figuring out if PEP is the right fit, or if something else makes more sense first.
Step 3: Get Your Plan
If PEP is a good fit, I will build your program around your goals, your current symptoms, your schedule, and your available equipment.
Step 4: Keep Building
As you give feedback, your plan gets adjusted so you can keep progressing without doing the same random exercises forever.
That is completely fine.
Some people use PEP as their main plan.
Some people use it after in-person physical therapy.
Some people start with an evaluation first, then transition into PEP once they have a better idea of what is going on.
The goal is not to force you into one option.
The goal is to figure out what makes the most sense based on your pain, your goals, your schedule, and the type of support you need.
